New homes in Dubai Islands

Dubai Islands is Nakheel's redevelopment of an archipelago comprising five islands along Dubai's Deira coastline. Homes include apartments, villas, townhouses, and penthouses built by Nakheel, Ellington, Imtiaz Developments, and others.

The area has coastline exceeding 60 kilometres and more than 20 kilometres of beaches, including a Blue Flag certified section. Landscaped parks covering nearly two kilometres and pedestrian promenades link residential zones to the waterfront.

The five islands are Central, Marina, Shore, Golf, and Elite. They contain residential developments, luxury hotel properties, and championship golf facilities.

The area sits near Dubai Maritime City and historic Deira. Downtown Dubai, Dubai Mall, and Burj Khalifa are twenty minutes away, while Museum of the Future and Dubai International Airport are fifteen minutes away. Waterfront Market is five minutes away.
