What we collect
When you ask to reserve a unit or to meet a developer, we keep what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address, the project or developer, and the details of your request.
What we use it for
To arrange the reservation or the meeting you asked for, and to contact you about it. We do not send you newsletters or offers unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
The developer of the project, or the developer you asked to meet, so that their sales team can confirm units, prices or a meeting time with you. Nobody else.
How long we keep it
As long as your request is open, and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Reply to any email we have sent you and we will do it.
How we measure the site
We record how the site is used so we can improve it: the pages you open, how long you stay, how far you scroll, what you click, the website or campaign that brought you here, your device type, browser, language, time zone and the country and city of your internet address. Your browser keeps a random identifier so a return visit is recognised. These records stay with us; no advertising network receives them.
Microsoft Clarity
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how you move through the pages (scrolling, clicks and taps) so we can see where the site is unclear. It does not record what you type into forms. You can decline it in the cookie notice; to change your choice later, clear this site’s data in your browser.
Metricool
We use Metricool to count visits and see which websites and campaigns bring people here. You can decline it in the same cookie notice.
Google Ads
When you come to this site from one of our Google ads, Google Ads records whether you go on to request a call or a reservation, so we can see which ads work. To match that, the Google tag sends Google your email address and phone number in scrambled (hashed) form. We keep the ad’s click reference with your request. You can decline Google Ads measurement in the cookie notice.
Cookies
Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity and Metricool set their own measurement cookies unless you decline them. We use no advertising cookies to follow you to other sites.
