Why we built it

Buying a new home in Dubai has usually started with a brokerage. The brokerage decides which projects you hear about, speaks to the developer for you and passes the answers back.

We think a buyer should be able to see the whole market and put their questions to the developer directly. So we collected the projects, the prices and the payment plans ourselves, and made booking a call with a developer’s sales team as quick as choosing a time.

What you get here

For every project: the starting price, the payment plan, the handover date, the homes and their floor plans, and how far construction has come at the last site inspection. The same facts for every developer, set side by side, so you can compare them.

When one looks right, you book a video call with that developer’s sales team, in your language and your time zone. If you decide to buy, you reserve the unit with the developer, and the contract is between you and them.

We set up the call, pass your reservation request to the developer and follow it until they have answered you.
