What DirectDXB does
DirectDXB lists new-build projects in the UAE and passes your reservation and meeting requests to the developer. The reservation form and the sale agreement are between you and the developer.
Prices and availability
Prices, payment plans, sizes and handover dates on this site are the developers’ and can change. The developer confirms them when you reserve.
Photographs and plans
Images, renderings, films and floor plans come from the developers and show the project as planned. The finished homes can differ.
No advice
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
