Modon Properties was established in 2018 to develop apartments, villas, townhouses and penthouses on Al Hudayriat Island and Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi.
The developer's portfolio includes Hudayriyat Golf Estates Waterfront, Tara Park, Bashayer Residences and Wadeem. Bashayer Villas and Tara Park phases are also in the portfolio.
