About Manchester City Yas Residences A
Ohana Real Estate Development and Manchester City partnered to create a sports-themed waterfront residential development on Abu Dhabi's Yas Island. Homes range from one to six bedrooms: apartments, townhouses, villas, maisonettes and penthouses across a 170-hectare masterplan.
One to three-bedroom apartments pair with four and five-bedroom villas and townhouses, each with private gardens or courtyards. Maisonettes feature private rooftop pools. Waterfront penthouses command the largest spaces. All homes include private outdoor access. The development spans 850 to 14746 square feet.
Yas Island is Abu Dhabi's premier waterfront destination, with this development positioned along the Yas Canal. The island offers shopping, dining, entertainment and leisure facilities. Its central location connects residents to Abu Dhabi's main business and cultural districts.
Ohana Real Estate Development created the development in partnership with Manchester City. It is the first Manchester City-branded residential community in the UAE.
