New launches by developer: 23 September to 6 October 2026
Nine developers announced ten projects between 23 September and 6 October 2026. Binghatti has two. Each of the others has one.
The stages: six projects were announced as launches, five opened EOIs and one is a teaser. Kore by Imtiaz and Azizi Florence count in both the launch and EOI groups. Nine projects are in Dubai. Azizi Florence is in Sharjah.
This is the first edition. The record starts on 23 September, so it covers two weeks. Below, each developer's projects with the price, payment plan and handover they stated, and the day they stated it.

Cheval Residences, Dubai Islands. Launch announced 5 October. 1 bedroom from AED 2,800,000 (about USD 762,000), 2 bedrooms from AED 5,500,000, 3 bedrooms from AED 8,300,000. Payment plan 50/50, handover Q1 2029. Furnished apartments with private beach access. All stated 5 October.
Azizi Developments
Azizi Florence, Um Fanain, Sharjah. Launch set for 14 October, announced 5 October. EOI is AED 75,000 and runs to 14 October. 3 bedroom townhouse from AED 2,090,000 (about USD 569,000), 4 bedroom townhouse from AED 2,550,000. Villas from AED 4,500,000 (4 bedrooms), AED 5,500,000 (5) and AED 7,500,000 (6). AED 950 per sq ft. Payment plan 30/70. Stated 5 October.
Binghatti Developers
Binghatti Starfall, Al Jaddaf. Launch event 25 to 26 September. Price from AED 799,999 (about USD 218,000), stated 4 October.
Binghatti Vision Iconic, Nad Al Sheba. Launch announced 2 October. Price from AED 2,599,000 (about USD 708,000), stated 28 September. 1,426 apartments: 1,017 one bedroom, 281 two bedroom, 110 three bedroom, 9 four bedroom and 9 five bedroom. The 1 bedroom plan changes with sales: 5:35:60 for the first 50 percent sold, 10:40:50 from 50 to 75 percent, 10:50:40 above 75 percent. Stated 2 October.
Danube Properties
Shahrukhz Residences by Danube, Maritime City. EOI opened 1 October: AED 50,000 for studios and 1 bedrooms, AED 100,000 for 2 bedrooms and up. Studio from AED 1,650,000 (about USD 449,000), 1 bedroom from AED 2,300,000, 2 bedroom from AED 4,250,000, 3 bedroom from AED 6,500,000. 10 percent down, then 30:70. Furnished apartments and penthouses. Prices and plan stated 5 October.
Emaar Properties
Palace Residences Hillside B, Dubai Hills Estate. EOI collection from 2 October. 1 bedroom, 730 to 862 sq ft, from AED 1,960,000 (about USD 534,000, stated 3 October). 2 bedroom, 1,119 to 1,317 sq ft, from AED 2,890,000. 3 bedroom, 1,587 to 1,858 sq ft, from AED 4,050,000. 3 bedroom townhouse, 2,691 sq ft, AED 6,970,000. Home types and prices stated 2 October.
Imtiaz Developments
Kore by Imtiaz, Dubai Land Residence Complex. EOI 2 October, launch 5 October. Studio 406 sq ft from AED 679,000 (about USD 185,000). 1 bedroom 669 sq ft from AED 1,100,000. 2 bedroom 1,406 sq ft from AED 1,550,000. Plan one is 50/50, split between construction and completion. Plan two is 60 percent at handover and 40 percent over three years after. Completion Q4 2028. 13 residential floors. Stated 5 October.
Peace Homes Group
Peace Homes JVC Pre-Launch, Jumeirah Village Circle. EOI opened 25 September at AED 50,000. Studio 384 to 431 sq ft, AED 795,000 to 905,000 (from about USD 216,000). 1 bedroom 623 to 839 sq ft, AED 1,300,000 to 1,500,000. 2 bedroom, 4 bedroom duplex and 4 bedroom triplex also listed. Plan is 20 percent down and 1 percent monthly for 80 months. Handover Q4 2028. 225 homes in 25 residential floors, furnished by Natuzzi. Stated 25 September.
Tarrad Development
Lunara Tower, Majan. Teaser, 3 October. 1 bedroom of 530 sq ft from AED 850,000 (about USD 231,000) to AED 900,000. 2 bedroom of 830 sq ft at AED 1,200,000. Offices are also planned. Ground floor plus 7 floors over 2 basements, with a rooftop.
Tiger Properties
Lily Tower, Dubai. Launch announced 3 October. Booking opened 3 October at 5:30 PM for 156 apartments: 40 studios, 76 one bedroom, 32 two bedroom, 8 three bedroom. Building floors 7, 12, 17, 22, 25, 28, 30, 34. No price stated. All stated 3 October.
