PMR Property

PMR Property, founded in 2021 by Paulin Tomov, builds villas and sky mansions along the Dubai Water Canal in Jumeirah.

Its first project, The Rings Dubai, holds 12 full-floor Sky Mansions split across two low-rise buildings, with residences from 9,500 to 19,800 square feet. Each comes with a private elevator, a terrace, an in-residence wellness zone, a cinema and a climate-controlled garage.

The Rings Dubai is designed by Foster + Partners, with sculptural elements by Emirati artist Mattar Bin Lahej.
