Continental Investments is a Dubai developer founded in 2011 as a subsidiary of Egypt's Landmark Sabbour, building apartments and duplexes in Dubai Marina, Business Bay, Al Jaddaf, Maritime City, Rukan and Dubai Land.
Rukan is one of its largest developments, established in 2015 with over 200 million dirhams invested across Rukan Villas, Rukan Apartments, Rukan Maison and Rukan Residence.
The developer also built Continental Tower in Dubai Marina in 2012, along with The Pier Residences, The Rockefeller Tower, Boutique 23 and Marina Living.
