ARADA

ARADA was founded in 2017 and builds apartments, villas, townhouses and other homes in planned communities, with projects in Aljada, Dubai Harbour, Jumeirah Golf Estates and other areas across the UAE.

Apartments, penthouses, townhouses, duplexes, duplex apartments, mansions and presidential suites are among the homes in the developer's portfolio. Projects include W Residences Dubai Harbour, Akala Hotels and Residences, and the Jenna series.

Each community integrates residential, commercial and office spaces as planned neighborhoods. ARADA applies smart city technology and environmental considerations to its developments.

The developer operates in both Sharjah and Dubai across six main areas. Projects are built to contemporary construction standards and aim to create balanced neighborhoods where residents, businesses and public amenities coexist.
