Bluewaters is a man-made island by Meraas Holding off Jumeirah Beach Residence, with apartments and penthouses. Dubai Marina is nearby.
The island is positioned 400 meters offshore from Jumeirah Beach Residence. A 265-meter pedestrian bridge provides access from The Beach opposite JBR, or you can drive via the Sheikh Zayed Road exit. Dubai Marina is five minutes away, and Downtown Dubai is twenty minutes away.
