Ras Al Khaimah Gateway

Ras Al Khaimah Gateway is a mixed-use development comprising residential apartments, commercial space, and hospitality, anchored by a 200-metre landmark tower designed by Snøhetta.

The residential component includes one and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 753 to 1,140 square feet across 25 floors, each finished with contemporary fixtures. Large balconies provide outdoor space and landscape views. The apartments feature central air conditioning, built-in wardrobes, kitchen appliances, and individual climate control for resident comfort.

Designed by the architectural practice Snøhetta, the development draws inspiration from the desert and mountain environment of Ras Al Khaimah, translating these natural forms into the built structures. The exterior incorporates ceramic panels produced in collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah Ceramics, linking local craft to contemporary architecture. The composition across 270,000 square metres includes substantial gardens and landscaped areas integrated throughout.

Beyond residences, the development provides conference and exhibition facilities, retail spaces, and dining venues, together with a five-star hotel housed in the signature tower. A gymnasium, health club, children's play area, and shared pool support daily wellness and recreation. The complex functions as a mixed-use community where residential, commercial, and hospitality uses coexist.
