ORA

ORA, founded in 2016, establishes residential communities across the UAE and Egypt, bringing innovation and forward-thinking design to residential development.

Engineer Naguib Sawiris founded ORA to advance residential development through innovation and international opportunity. The company creates communities that transcend conventional construction, establishing destinations where thoughtful design and resident aspirations intersect.

Working across the UAE and Egypt, ORA identifies opportunities for distinctive community development. The company's approach centres on modern principles and careful design, creating places that serve contemporary living whilst maintaining lasting value.

In Ghantoot, ORA develops townhouses and villas reflecting its design-forward philosophy. Rather than providing shelter alone, the company creates properties and communities that define how people live.
