CG Developers

CG Developers brings three decades of hospitality and real estate expertise to Dubai Islands, where it develops residential properties with precision and care.

Founded in 1995, the company has evolved into a global operator across twelve countries, managing a substantial portfolio of hotels and resorts alongside residential development. This extensive background in hospitality has shaped an approach to property creation that emphasises attention to detail.

Projects such as JW Marriott Residences and CG Living at Dubai Islands demonstrate the developer's capability in the apartment sector. The company's experience in transforming urban environments translates into residences conceived with both quality and resident wellbeing at the centre.
